Rob Monster, the founder of Epik, is currently seeking to prevent the sale of his assets, which is scheduled to take place as he faces increasing legal debts. The King County Sheriff is set to auction off several items, including two cars and silver bullion, in an effort to satisfy a judgment in a case involving a stolen domain.

Monster has put forth several arguments against the sale. He asserts that the silver, which he claims is valued at $200,000, serves as collateral for a $200,000 loan he received from his father earlier this year. Additionally, he states that one of the vehicles, a 2011 Lexus, is essential for his family during the winter months. Furthermore, Monster claims he was unaware of the lawsuit, believing it to be a "fake lawsuit," and does not recall being properly served.

The plaintiff in this case has already recovered over $81,000 from Monster’s accounts at Chase Bank. As of the latest court updates, it remains uncertain whether the planned sale will be delayed.

In a related matter, Matthew Adkisson has sued Monster for funds he did not receive from a failed escrow transaction. Adkisson is now looking to recover a settlement against Monster, which amounts to $300,000 plus interest.
