In most cases, provisioning is completed within a few minutes; however, provisioning times are estimates only and may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, node availability, system load, inventory synchronization, network configuration, fraud or identity verification, scheduled maintenance, or other operational or technical requirements. DediRock makes reasonable efforts to provision services as quickly as possible; however, provisioning times are not guaranteed and do not constitute a service-level commitment or guarantee.
Dedicated Servers generally require 24–72 hours for deployment following successful payment authorization and completion of any required verification. Delivery times may vary depending on hardware availability, configuration requirements, inventory levels, maintenance activities, or other operational requirements and are provided as estimates only.
Orders requiring manual fraud screening or identity verification may require additional processing time before activation.
Upon successful provisioning, service credentials are delivered by email and through the DediRock Client Area (WHMCS).
