DediRock provides electronically delivered hosting services, including but not limited to Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Storage VPS, Dedicated Servers, Backup Storage, Colocation-related services, software licenses, and other digital infrastructure services.
All services are provisioned electronically unless otherwise expressly stated.
Provisioning of any service will begin only after successful payment has been received and any required fraud screening, payment verification, identity verification, security review, or manual order review has been completed.
Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and Storage VPS services are generally provisioned automatically after payment and successful verification.
Although most virtual services are provisioned within a few minutes, provisioning times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Provisioning times may vary due to factors including, but not limited to:
Dedicated Servers require manual hardware preparation, testing, deployment, networking, and quality assurance.
Typical provisioning time is between twenty-four (24) and seventy-two (72) hours following successful payment and verification.
Actual deployment times may be shorter or longer depending upon hardware availability, inventory, configuration requirements, datacenter operations, maintenance activities, staffing, shipping delays, security reviews, or other operational requirements.
Estimated delivery times are informational only and do not constitute a guarantee.
DediRock reserves the right to delay provisioning while payment authorization, fraud screening, identity verification, ownership verification, business verification, intended use verification, or other security reviews are completed.
Customers agree to promptly provide any information reasonably requested during the verification process.
Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation of the order.
Provisioned services are delivered electronically.
Upon successful provisioning, service credentials, login information, IP addresses, passwords, access instructions, and other provisioning information may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining a valid email address, monitoring their Client Area, reviewing spam or junk mail folders, and ensuring they are able to receive electronic communications.
Delivery shall be deemed complete when DediRock transmits the provisioning information using one of the above delivery methods.
Occasional provisioning delays may occur due to inventory shortages, hardware preparation, infrastructure maintenance, fraud reviews, verification requests, provider delays, network configuration, security investigations, force majeure events, or other operational requirements.
Such delays do not constitute service failure, breach of contract, false advertising, or grounds for refunds, credits, chargebacks, compensation, or cancellation unless otherwise expressly provided by DediRock in writing.
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance or availability.
DediRock reserves the right to reject, cancel, decline, refund, delay, or refuse any order before provisioning for reasons including, but not limited to:
If an order is not provisioned and DediRock elects not to fulfill the order, the customer’s sole remedy shall be a refund of any payment received for the unprovisioned service.
Customers are responsible for reviewing service specifications, system requirements, product descriptions, hardware disclosures, refund policies, service suitability, and other published documentation before placing an order.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the purchased service is appropriate for their intended workload, application, software, or business purpose.
Except where expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by DediRock, no provisioning time, deployment estimate, delivery estimate, or activation estimate constitutes a contractual guarantee or service-level commitment.
All provisioning estimates are provided solely as general operational guidelines.
Customers with questions regarding the status of an order should open a Billing or Sales support ticket through the DediRock Client Area.
