Kenzo Security has officially launched after 18 months of development, backed by a seed funding of $4.5 million sourced from The General Partnership and cybersecurity veteran Michael Coates, a former Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Mozilla and Twitter. The company is set to transform cybersecurity operations through its innovative platform that aims to redefine Security Operations Centers (SOCs) using a network of AI agents tailored to enhance real-time security operations.

Founded by Harish Singh and Partha Naidu, Kenzo Security combines extensive experience from high-pressure cybersecurity environments. Singh, a serial entrepreneur, has key contributions at prominent security firms such as Lacework and E8 Security, while Naidu has operational expertise from his role as chief of cyber operations for the U.S. Air Force, as well as leadership positions at Datadog and CrowdStrike. Together, they envision a new breed of security platform that moves beyond basic AI features to create a robust architecture centered around risk reduction and operational effectiveness.

Agentic AI Security Operations Platform

The company’s flagship product, the Agentic AI Security Operations Platform, utilizes a swarm of specialized AI agents. These agents work collaboratively on various tasks including threat analysis, detection tuning, proactive hunting, and response prioritization. Operating within a proprietary data mesh, they gain real-time visibility into an organization’s entire environment, striving to address deeper systemic challenges that security teams encounter daily unlike generalized AI models.

“Every security team is learning to leverage AI, yet most tools merely utilize LLMs for basic alert handling,” shared Kenzo CEO Harish Singh. It does this by filtering low-priority threats, offloading repetitive investigation tasks, and allowing detection and response teams to respond more dynamically and intelligently. Michael Coates, a founding partner at Seven Hill Ventures and early investor in Kenzo, believes the architecture signifies a crucial shift in enterprise security operations.
