The AI Renewals Agent efficiently analyzes data from over 50 sources, both structured and unstructured, offering real-time sentiment analysis, smart automation, and tailored recommendations based on customer outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs). Cisco anticipates that this tool could help reduce the time required for teams to create renewal proposals and prepare for customer engagements by up to 20%. As the AI’s knowledge and automation capabilities grow, this efficiency is expected to increase further.
