The company employs approximately 80 specialists and achieves annual sales of around €30 million. By integrating CRS into its portfolio, Legrand aims to bolster its capabilities in providing comprehensive solutions within the data center market of Australia and adjacent areas. Benoît Coquart, CEO of Legrand, expressed that this acquisition will significantly enhance their presence in Oceania and strengthen their involvement in the data center vertical, which already represented about 20% of the Group’s revenue in 2024.
