Identity Digital, known for its management of top-level domains, made the list for the fifth consecutive year, landing at position #4,214 with a notable 82% revenue growth from 2021 to 2024. This is a decrease from their previous ranking of #3,235, where they boasted a remarkable 152% growth. A significant driver of their continued growth is the recent management of the .ai namespace, which allows them to include all wholesale revenue from .ai domain sales in their financial reports.
Meanwhile, Whois API, a provider of security and data services, secured the #4,271 slot with an 80% growth. This was a drop from last year’s impressive rank of #1,847, which was fueled by a 273% growth rate. Whois API has maintained a presence on the Inc. 5000 list every year since 2017, with the exception of 2020.
