Based in Delaware, Brennercom’s website uses British spelling and hints at its founder’s Italian roots. The termination notice highlights the registrar’s neglect in implementing the Registration Data Access Protocol (RDAP), failing to escrow ownership records, and other regulatory violations.
As a result of this termination, any domains currently registered through Brennercom will be transferred to another registrar.
