Any refund request must be submitted by opening a billing support ticket through the DediRock client portal. Refund requests submitted through service cancellation forms, email, or other communication channels may not be considered valid refund requests.
Failure to submit a refund request through the billing ticket system within the applicable refund window may result in the request being denied.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all services provided by DediRock are non-refundable once provisioned.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:
By purchasing services from DediRock, the customer acknowledges that internet routing, IP reputation, and third-party network conditions may be outside DediRock’s control.
VPS services, Storage VPS services, shared hosting, reseller hosting, and related services are non-refundable once provisioned unless an applicable product description or written offer expressly provides a refund guarantee.
In rare circumstances and solely at DediRock’s discretion, a refund request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a refund is approved:
Payments older than sixty days may require an alternative refund method, including PayPal or mailed check, due to payment-processor limitations.
Approved refunds will be processed within up to thirty days. Additional time may be required for the customer’s bank, card issuer, PayPal, cryptocurrency network, or other payment provider to make the funds available.
Customers must contact DediRock through a billing support ticket before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that DediRock has a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Opening a PayPal dispute, credit-card dispute, chargeback, or other payment reversal may affect refund eligibility and may result in suspension of the associated service while the matter is investigated.
Accounts terminated for abuse, spam, fraud, unauthorized activity, or violations of the Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds except where otherwise required by applicable law or payment-network rules.
